The open, airy atmosphere of the hotel was delightful. The garden at night was a great place to unwind with a drink and watch the bats. The rooms were well-kept and clean, with comfortable big beds. The bathrooms were also clean and had good showers. I particularly enjoyed the games room for the kids, which was a nice touch. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area, with cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away.
There were a couple of minor complaints. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite hot, although opening the windows helped a bit.

The rooms were grand and beautifully restored, giving a luxurious feel to our stay. the close proximity to the town center made it convenient to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the attention to detail in the garden, which added to the overall charm of the property.
The lighting in the rooms was quite dim, and it would have been helpful to have a light over the shower. it would have been nice to have two comfortable chairs in the room for added comfort.

We loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and the good WiFi. The gardens with the Gorilla statue were a nice touch. Parking on the road was minimal cost and the staff were very helpful. The open airy feel of the property and the games room for the kids were great for families.
Felt safe, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast in the conservatory was simply perfect! Fresh croissants, tasty juice, and a delightful cup of coffee made for a great start to the day. the room itself was very quiet and spacious, with a huge shower and a lovely bathroom. the location was also key, as it was close to the city center and provided easy access to explore the area.
. The lack of communication was frustrating.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room, comfy beds, and added luxuries like a Nespresso coffee machine and big TV with Netflix. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre, and the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider menu selection.
